Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a project. This role involves assisting tradespeople on site, performing general labouring duties, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties including site clean-ups, material handling, and preparing work areas
• Assist tradespeople with tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and basic tool use
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively within a team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and site rules

Skills & Experience

• Previous construction or labouring experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) – required prior to commencement
